Siobhan Gordon

Siobhan Gordon, pronounced (Sha-von) is a Jersey Shore Girl who started her passion for mentoring in fifth grade, when she was the youngest volunteer at Camp Beadleston, a special needs camp in Brick, NJ, at age 11. In high school, she combined her passion for mentoring and dance, interning at Broadway Bound, a dance studio for underserved youths in Toms River, NJ. After graduation, the internship turned into a job and she continued to coach and became co-director of the school up until she moved across the country to Seattle in 2017. Following her calling, she attended Arizona State University and achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology while also working full time with Starbucks. Always keeping her true passions, arts and mentoring, in mind, she started working part-time at SANCA- a circus non-profit. She knew retail and customer service wasn’t the end game, so after 8 years, she ended her coffee career and joined the M.U.S.T. team, as Operations Manager in 2021. Siobhan truly feels her purpose is to be at M.U.S.T., growing the organization while providing support to the Executive team and the mentors, who are the backbone of this organization.
When not at work you can find her exploring the PNW with her good friends, spending time with her cat, Holly and crocheting. Her new favorite word is “procaffeinating, which means the tendency to not start anything until I’ve had my coffee”. She loves to travel and is obsessed with all things Supergirl, which her friends find fitting, as she’s always trying to save the world.
